With eBilling, you never have to worry about misplacing your bill or forgetting to make a payment. As an eBilling customer, you will receive regular email reminders notifying you that your bill is ready to be paid.

You can also try combining eBilling with pre-authorized payments for the most efficient and convenient billing management process!

Getting started with eBilling

1. Find an old printed bill. You'll need two pieces of information from it.

• • Your account number (located in the top right hand corner of the first page)

• • Your meter number (located at the bottom of the second page)

2. Go to the Customer Care Portal. On the right hand side of the page, click on the "Register Now" button.

3. Fill in all the required fields and select "Yes, I want paperless" in the Paperless Billing section.
