When you choose eBilling, you never have to worry about misplacing your bill or forgetting to make a payment. As an eBilling customer, you will receive regular email reminders notifying you that your bill is ready to be viewed or downloaded. 

To make the switch from paper billing to eBilling, you'll need to access the Customer Care Portal - Engage360.
