With many self-serve features, you will be able to better monitor your usage and make decisions to reduce your electricity consumption and save you money.
Please be advised that some Tillsonburg Hydro customers are receiving fraudulent emails pretending to be from our Customer Service staff (info@tillsonburghydro.ca). The email asks you to check your account and asks you to click on a button.
Tillsonburg Hydro never requests payment over the phone. If you receive a call requiring a payment for an overdue balance on your account or a threat of disconnection, it is a scam.
