Billing issue affects some Tillsonburg Hydro customers

Some Tillsonburg Hydro customers may be affected by a billing error wherein bills were generated a day earlier than usual (February 2).

If you had a pre-authorized payment scheduled for February 3, a bill generated on February 2 will not reflect this payment as it hadn't been made yet. 

However, rest assured that pre-authorized payments scheduled for February 3 were processed as scheduled, and the amount posted to your account.
